What is Trimora?

Trimora (trimora.us) is an online sale platform for pre-owned riding mowers, owned and operated by 99verify LLC (EIN 99-2018687). Trimora is a DBA (doing business as) of 99verify LLC ("Trimora", "we", "us" or "our"). Trimora also runs a mobile message program. Users who opt in receive recurring SMS/text messages of the type they selected: account notifications (such as bid confirmations, outbid notices, lot-closing reminders, winning bid and invoice notices, pickup scheduling and account security alerts) and, only with separate consent, marketing messages (such as new sale announcements, newly listed lots and reminders when a catalogue opens). By using the service you accept these Terms, including these mobile terms. We may change or cancel the service at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Is it free?

Registering, browsing the catalogue and receiving text messages from Trimora are free of charge. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Message frequency varies.

Consent and Participation

Text message consent is collected with two separate, optional checkboxes on our sign-up and contact forms: one for marketing text messages and one for account notifications text messages. By checking a box and submitting the form, you consent to receive recurring text messages of that type from Trimora at the mobile number you provided. Messages may be sent using automated technology. You may check one box, both boxes or neither. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of using the service or of any purchase. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number to opt in.

Opt-Out Information

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from Trimora. You will receive one message confirming your opt-out, and no further text messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Replying STOP stops all text messages from Trimora to that number. To stop only marketing messages and keep account notifications, email us at info@trimora.us.

Supported Carriers

The program is supported by most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Carrier Liability

Carriers do not guarantee delivery and are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You must provide a valid mobile number. If you change your mobile number, you need to opt in again with the new number.

Changes to the Service

We may change the phone number we send messages from at any time, with notice where possible. Messages sent to an old or inactive number may not be received, and we are not responsible for requests sent to such numbers.

Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid US address to register and bid. You agree to give accurate information, keep it up to date and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all bids and activity under your account. We may verify your identity or ability to pay, and may refuse or suspend any account.

Lots, Bidding and Payment

Lots are pre-owned riding mowers offered by private sellers. Each listing shows the hour meter reading, a condition report and a pickup location. Condition reports describe what was observed at inspection and are not a warranty; all lots are sold as-is, where-is, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Every bid is a binding offer to buy the lot at the bid amount plus a 10% buyer's premium and applicable taxes. A bid in the last 2 minutes extends that lot by 2 minutes. If a reserve is not met, the seller may accept the high bid or the lot may go unsold. The winning bidder must pay within 3 business days by wire transfer, ACH or debit card. If you don't pay on time, we may cancel the sale, suspend your account and charge a non-payment fee equal to the buyer's premium.

Collection and Freight

Lots must be collected from the listed pickup location within 7 days of payment, by appointment. Title and risk of loss pass to you at collection. A bill of sale is provided at collection. Lots not collected in time may be charged storage of $15 per day.

Sellers and Acceptable Use

Sellers must own the mower they consign and describe it accurately; seller fees and any reserve are agreed in writing before listing. You agree not to bid without the intent to buy, arrange shill bidding, interfere with the service or use automated tools to bid. Manufacturer and model names are trademarks of their owners, used only to identify items; Trimora is not affiliated with any manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 99verify LLC is not liable for failed, delayed or misdirected messages, for errors in message content, for actions taken or not taken based on information from the service, or for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the buyer's premium you paid on the lot giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute is resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
